Blog

Are you matched with the right cloud provider?

In a way, figuring out the best cloud provider is kind of like online dating.

Make the cloud shift already

It’s hard to believe, but some companies are still hesitating when it comes to cloud computing.

Cloud Economics – Look Under the Hood

Commodity cloud providers’ stats might sound good, but you have to look a little deeper to make sure the infrastructure is there to support their claims. When poor cloud performance affects customer satisfaction and workforce productivity, then there’s a high cost to pay for that low-cost cloud infrastructure. For this reason, private clouds often represent a far better value than public clouds for service providers and end customers alike.

Economics of the Cloud – Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware: what they say isn’t always what you get when it comes to the cloud. It’s supply and demand. To achieve the performance you’ve been promised, you need to understand their infrastructure and the demand placed on it. Look under the hood.

WHITE-LABELING: THE FAST TRACK TO THE CLOUD

Thanks to tight, long-standing customer relationships, no other channel segment is better positioned to prosper by re-selling IaaS cloud than the VAR.

News

Cloud-service provider industry poised for massive revenue growth

The cloud computing industry has been among the most rapidly growing in the world over the past several years, as organizations in the public and private sectors, along with consumers in virtually every nation, continue to demand greater access to these services.

The great enterprise-class cloud migration has begun

When cloud computing first hit the market, many companies initially used the technology for simple, less-sensitive tasks such as email management and file sharing. However, now that companies are beginning to use the technology for a wider variety of functions, some of which being highly sensitive, enterprise-class cloud computing is starting to be a more common choice.

IaaS cloud spreads around the globe

Although Software-as-a-Service has long been the most popular component of cloud computing, Infrastructure-as-a-Service is now one of the most highly demanded models.
